On the road again! 
Slept in the VW Campervan in between Stuttgart and Cologne.
The first of many cramped and cold nights in Europe. 
But it's totally tubular 80's, dude!  Like, gag me with a spoon.  Where's the Beef?
You'll see lots more pictures of the van.  It became the third member of our trip. 
We never named it.  Didn't have to because it had enough character to exist nameless.

          


We stayed in a city next to Cologne named Dusseldorf with . . . . .




Kirstin! 
We met her during our massage course in Thailand. 
She was the first of many Europeans we stayed with who we met while traveling in Asia. 
Thanks to all of you for your hospitality Kirstin.
In the background is the Dom.  A really high cathedral.

Kirstin not only took us on a tour of Cologne but also of Dusseldorf where she snapped this photo of us.









And then she took us to her hometown in Westphalia to stay with her parents for a few days.
Her mom is a great chef.



During our stay we walked in a park and came upon a playground.
We couldn't resist playing.
